1. Controller
Ainstainer DACH GmbH, Dachauer Str. 180, 80992 München, Germany. Managing Director: Artem A. Semenov. Email: artem.semenov@ainstainer.de.
2. Data Protection Officer
We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we are not legally required to do so. For any questions about data protection, please contact us using the details in the Imprint.
3. General information on data processing
We process personal data only where a legal basis under Art. 6 GDPR applies and only to the extent necessary. Data is erased once the purpose for processing no longer applies and no statutory retention periods require otherwise.
4. Provision of the website & server log files
When you visit this website, our hosting provider (EU region, Frankfurt) automatically collects and stores technical access data (server log files) that your browser transmits. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure and stable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. Cookies & consent management
We use only strictly necessary cookies by default. Non-essential technologies are loaded only after you consent via our consent banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
6. Email contact
We do not operate a web contact form. If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, company, message) solely to handle your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
7. Web analytics
We use privacy-first, EU-hosted analytics configured to be cookieless where possible. If analytics requires consent, it is disabled until you opt in.
8. Appointment scheduling
To book an intro call we link to Google’s appointment scheduling (Google Calendar). When you follow the booking link you leave this website and Google processes your data under Google’s own privacy policy, which may involve a transfer to the USA. Within the EU these services are provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland); any transfer to Google LLC in the USA is safeguarded by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. Applications / careers
If you apply for a role, we process your application data to run the hiring process (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, § 26 BDSG). Data is deleted after the process unless you consent to longer storage.
10. Recipients / processors & third-country transfers
We engage processors for hosting (EU region, Frankfurt) and email. Appointment scheduling is provided by Google (see section 8), whose associated third-country transfer is safeguarded as described in section 8. We engage all processors under data-processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
11. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — for us: Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA).
12. Currency and changes to this policy
We update this privacy policy as required to reflect changed legal or technical circumstances.
